The classes this Autumn are re-establishing the easy-to-follow, step-by-step foundations of Shibumi yoga and meditation. Slow warm-ups, with simple yet dynamically-held sculptural shapes; slowing down to allow the body to assimilate the benefits; breathing space to learn the art of relaxation with specific breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques and life skills to help deal with the inevitable ups and downs of daily living, leaving the students with positive practices to take home and enjoy.
Our classes are suitable for beginners to advanced students, the sacred spaces freshly created in our studios for each class give a calming and meditative sanctuary for the week ahead.
